Here are some really key bits of information about me:
-I eat cold leftovers for breakfast. Also ice cream. And I have no shame.
-My parents raised me on a healthy diet of public radio, bagels and garage sales.
-I am crafty. Even in my current living situation living solely out of a backpack, I made sure to save space for embroidery floss, sketchbooks and my watercolors.

All bagels and craftiness aside, I just moved to San Francisco because I landed my dream internship. All those year of public radio left a big impact on me. Now that I've graduated with a degree in broadcast journalism I'm trying to make my way as a producer for independent radio. When I landed this internship with the Kitchen Sisters (look them up if you aren't familiar, their work is incredible) I said yes, of course, I'll see you soon, without actually having a place to live. I have the internship, San Francisco has a lot of bagels, I know things will eventually be all right. But for now, I need to find some temporary housing until I can get on my feet in this new city.
