I love hiking, canoeing, kayaking, being outdoors in general. I've made the beautiful drive to Cali but I can't deny my love for the east and Smoky Mountains. The tranquility and loving, accepting people are what I look to surround myself with. I enjoy meeting all kinds of people and hearing their stories. I'm open minded and like to meet other open minded people. I'm an Aquarious and enjoying reading and learning about astrology and understanding others' signs. I try to do yoga as a way of meditating and would like to meet others to do yoga or meditate with. Work is important to me but only to make the money that is needed to travel and explore :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm trying couchsurfing to move back east. For the past four year I've worked at a private liberal arts college in Memphis, Tenn., but recently resigned to move back east :)
I'm seeking employment in Asheville and hope to use couchsurfing to meet people while making the transition to Asheville.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to Thailand alone this past October was my first experience out of the country. It was amazing and beautiful! I also felt the accomplishment of making the trip alone and it going fantastic!
