ABOUT ME

A graduate of Mount Holyoke College, I graduated with a B.A. in studio art and a minor in biology. At Mt. Holyoke, I pursued my interests in clinical and public health as an EMT and Environmental Health and Safety Fellow. This was coupled with extensive volunteerism as a tutor and community organizing in the areas of science and sustainability.

Since graduation, I have furthered my interest in clinical health through employment at The Washington Hospital Center, and The Clinton Global Initiate.

I tend to do a lot of traveling, so I love to take opportunities and meet new people when I am somewhere new.

I am new to couch surfing but am eager to explore the world and meet new people.

Art, news junkie, education policy, museum going, thrifiting, watching movies that are actually good, and watching moves that are so bad they're good.

Anything with a really compelling story line. I also love historical pieces and am a sucker for a good romance.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to meet the Clinton family through my work at the Clinton Global Initiative. Seeing Secretary Clinton rocking the scrunchie was a pretty awesome day for me.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd like to think that I am somewhat well versed in healthcare, education policy, art and environment. That being said, I will be the first to admit that I don't know everything and am always eager to learn more. I consider myself a generalist, as I want to absorb as much information about as many things possible.
