I am a recent graduate of Oklahoma City University with a BFA degree in Acting. I am very interested in all forms of art, along with social, environmental and gender/sexual politics. I'm especially interested in how cultures connect these all together. I love traveling and exploring new places- especially local food and history. My favorite thing to do when traveling is visit museums historical sites. I am a vegetarian and love eating (especially sweets!). I have traveled to Europe three times before this- once on a performance tour with my ballet company when I was 11, once with my brother after he graduated, another time to study with Complicite (a theatre company), and now again to explore on my own and visit some friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have always wanted to couchsurf, but never had any reason to before this trip. I believe that we learn most from the people around us, and what better way to experience the beauty of traveling than to be welcomed into someone's home? I hope to meet hosts who can offer me local insight on things to do and places to see, and I hope I can offer a fun and thoughtful perspective as an American. I'm hoping couchsurfing will bring me anything from a place to sleep for a night, to new friends who will spend time enjoying their city with me!
