I am a refugee lawyer with a love for life and an insatiable thirst for adventure. I am originally from Montreal, Quebec.

I am open-minded, relaxed and enjoy learning from wonderful new people. In my spare time I love dance, yoga, meditation, and cycling.

Being welcomed with overflowing bowls of handpicked cherries from a garden overlooking the emerald-green Rhine in Switzerland

Being adopted at a bus station in Brussels by a wonderful Parisian I met on the bus, and welcomed to stay with her and her boyfriend

Playing with medieval swords in a drunken Alsatian's living room

Biking through footpaths in the forest in the pitch dark to reach the next couchsurfing destination

Joy of riding on the back of a truck in Kenya whizzing down the road to my favourite place, hair whipping in my face and tang of dust in the air

Walking through the Van Gogh museum in Amsterdam in a daze, trying to absorb each vibrant drop

Visiting friends in far-flung places around the world for many a shared moment of laughter

Last but not least - the kindness of strangers.
