About Me

I'm a digital nomad, working from the road. My mission is to get to know the whole earth while still managing to pay my bills. I'm originally from Roanoke, VA and I stay there in between travels. I'm living with my mom at the moment so I can't host but I'd love to meet up and show you town!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm continually reminded that the best part about traveling is the people you meet, and there's no better way to get to know people than by staying in their home (or having them in yours). Tourist attractions often paint an inaccurate picture of what life is like in a different culture, but staying in someone's house is the real deal.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite books are The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, The Alchemist, Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones.

My favorite movie is the Fifth Element!

I enjoy many different genres of music including rock, metal, new age, classical, electronic and ebm.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It is hard to list the one most amazing thing. I would probably say going into Actun Tunichil Muknal in Belize. It is a cave that Mayans used to enter to communicate with the underworld and to do ritual sacrifices, and you have to swim in the dark through the cave to get inside. The whole thing was such a unique experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I am a web/graphic designer for profession, I am happy to help teach anyone things like Photoshop or building your own website. I can also help you with learning English.

In regards to what I hope to gain from other couchsurfers... I have so much to learn! I want to learn more Japanese and about farming and gardening. I really like to make things so I would also like to learn about building or repairing things.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good times, cheerful company. A helping hand with dinner or repairing anything around the house. I'm a horrible cook, sorry to say.
