ABOUT ME
I love stars, oceans, lakes, forests, streams, and mountains. I love to sing and tend to do it without realizing. I just finished a PhD in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology (studying marine population genetics and the evolution of biodiversity) at UCLA and started doing research at California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.
PHILOSOPHY
I love to enjoy the moment and not stress too much about the future, but I also want to be useful to this world, so I've struck a balance between fun and working to meet my goals. I'm happy with the result.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
First I stayed with couchsurfers in Ireland, France, England, and the US, and I hosted a bunch when I lived in Seattle. I'd like to get more involved with the local CS community in SF.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
All of my couchsurfing experiences have been awesome in different ways. So far I think it's the greatest idea anyone in this world has had for a long time.
Interests
Food from all over the world, beer, wine, discovering new music, singing, dancing, hiking, snorkeling, tennis, soccer, exploring a new place on foot or bike.
