I work as a nanny in SF but my passion is library work. I love reading and sharing knowledge. When I travel I prefer to stay off the beaten path & avoid throngs of tourists. I enjoy good food and beautiful scenery and being shown around by locals.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

In the past my roommates and I have hosted in San Francisco. I surfed in India and met some amazing people, which we hope to do in China & Mongolia, too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love couchsurfing because of all the random and exciting experiences we would have missed had we stayed in a hotel. Some examples: our host in Delhi took us for midnight aloo parathas at a roadside stand near some construction site; riding 3-to-a-scooter through the streets of town with our host in Goa.
