Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've never couch surfed--I've lived with host families in Kenya and Uganda, I guess that it kind of couchsurfing. Loved every minute of it...solid people.

Interests

Anything outdoors--biking, running, hiking, climbing, slacklining. Love the natural world...I'd rather be outside than couped up somewhere.

Anything with a banjo. Love a good comedy, but also really into documentaries. As for books, Zen & the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance wins.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living on the Nile River was the best experience of my life. Totally immersed myself in a new culture and loved every single minute of it. If I had the change to go back right now, I would drop everything and do it. Nothing more real than living and experiencing life with another culture.
