Interests
I am a biologist at work but what really keeps me there is my time outside. I would go crazy if I had to sit in front of a computer everyday. Other than that I love most music(it is my one true addiction),I boulder, rock climb, camp, hike, snowboard ( I have started to splitboard some), and mainly just try to enjoy life.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well the most real moment was in Iraq. It was the only day I thought I might die. I worked at a detention facility in northern Iraq. And at the usual time we started getting attacked (Mortars, rockets, etc.). One hit an area where the Air Force was storing old Iraqi ammo. Slowly the field caught on fire. We watched as some people tried to go out and take care of the issue. But within minutes a peaceful fire turned into small arms fire flying around, then rockets flying overhead. But when it got real was when the thousand pound bombs started going off and sending metal flying everywhere. Yeah!! That was when I was like holy @#$!. We all did what we could to evacuate detainees and get ourselves out of danger. But when you see a bomb go off and see the dust rise before the sound arrives it is pretty crazy. That is the one time that really popped in my headed after I read the question.
