About Me
I am a yoga teacher and writer. I have been living abroad since 2015. I started out studying in New Zealand, then I volunteered in the Dominican Republic, became an English teacher in Thailand, and now I am a full time yoga instructor. I have taught in India, Chiang Mai, the Phillipines, Chiang Dao, and Chiang Rai. So, if you want to learn, I am happy to share my knowledge and teach you yoga.
