Overview
About Me
Ever since I was a child growing up, I have been addicted to reading and exploring new, unimaginable worlds through reading. As I got older I realized that I didn't need to read to experience the feeling of wonder, since traveling gives you that feeling every day. I am a lover of languages, exploration, meaningful conversations and learning.
I am an undergraduate at Minerva Schools at KGI, an innovative university that seeks to reinvent higher education to focus on meaningful, experiential learning. I recently moved to San Francisco from New York for my first year of college, but during the course of my undergraduate career I will travel to Seoul, Hyderabad, Berlin, Buenos Aires and London with the rest of my class. I do creative writing about student experience for my university.
I'm the kind of person who alternates between silly jokes and the deepest conversations at any given moment. I lose myself in dancing, and make other people want to lose their eyes. (The joke is that I suck at dancing.) I love being by the water or on the water more than anything else in the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to become friends with people who are as broad-minded and globally-minded as I am. I would love to exchange thoughts, stories and perspectives on culture, language, sociology, etc.
