About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel, learn, and experience!

ABOUT ME

I'm a fun loving girl who is always down for an adventure. I decided to try couch surfing because I am interested in meeting the locals in some of the cities I travel to. I enjoy alternative and electronic music, running, and learning in general. I am a currently studying Anthropology and french and I plan on attending medical school after I graduate! I enjoy learning about anything, especially languages and culture

PHILOSOPHY

I want to learn as much as I can, make as big of a positive impact as I can, and enjoy myself as much as I can during my short time on earth. I am level headed and a realist, but I also have a special joie de vivire kind of attitude. I'd call myself a glass-half-full-nihilistic :P

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Couch surfing appeals to me because I can truly immerse myself in foreign cultures. In high school I went on a school trip to France and I studied in Paris my junior year of college; my favorite part was staying with a host family and learning about typical French culture.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had some wonderful people stay with us. It is always a treat to show them around the city.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think one of the most amazing places I've visited was the south of France. I truly enjoyed the culture (I'm a wine and cheese kind of girl) and the overall ambiance of the province.

Teach, Learn, Share

When traveling I like to
-Taste street food
-Find out where the locals like to hang out
-Chat with foreigners about politics, philosophy, and overall opinions of their country

Learning is my favorite part about traveling!
