Prize-winning loner entertaining evenings by lying in bed, watching shit television and snuggling with spoiled cats (scratch the shit television part, Twin Peaks is the tits.), Indulging in epic, solo dance parties, Collecting restraining orders gained from serenading random people on the street with smooth 70's jams (I don't trust people who don't like Hall & Oates anyways)
Real talk, guys, I'm kind of just floating along without much purpose other than to be grateful for the simple, beautiful gifts I already have. I'd like to think I'm an open book, with everything to learn. I'm attending school to acquire EMT certification in the fall.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After summer-time rides up the 101, I saw many many hitchers, all of whom I met were gems. This organization offers a kick-ass forum to meet and connect with cool, wacky people! It was also very helpful in my travels to South America.

Interests

Music and art, definitely. I love playing, jamming, listening, and dancing to music. It's really been the only thing to carry me through life. I don't specifically hate or love any genre; I believe it all has its place. I've really been getting into funk, soul, and motown as of late, though.
While I can nail any mad tambourine or cello solo, my visual artistic skills are probably pretty lacking. I totally dig film photography, and mixed media, but I can't really paint or draw for sh*t.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A couch to rest your weary eyes on! Food, drink, greenery, cat snuggles (whether you like it or not), a walk or hike, if desired! While anywhere in the U.S. does not visually/esthetically compare to the Oregon Coast landscape (in my small mind), my town's constituents are composed of loggers and fisherman. Thus, there is not, to the outsider's or insider's perspective, a lot to actually do. I try to make up for it with abundant amounts of exercising, painting, jammin' ( I hope you like jammin' too), and the steady consumption of wine.
