Overview
About Me
I’m driven by curiosity and connection, always exploring different ways of living and how they interweave. I care deeply about building meaningful human connections and understanding the broader web of life with respect and awareness.
I’ve traveled extensively across Colombia, and through that journey, I developed a strong connection to the territory and its diverse cultures. This led me to create a space in Bogotá called Alma do Terra Tienda y Café that brings together alternative ways of living and understanding the world.
It’s a place that values dialogue with communities, supports sustainable products born from peacebuilding and grassroots processes, and showcases independent brands. We also host workshops and organize group trips to visit communities, learn from their realities, and understand how they navigate shared challenges.
I enjoy meeting people who are open, curious, and respectful, those who value exchange, conversation, and learning from different perspectives.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because it’s a meaningful space to share what I’m building and to give visibility to this process of creating community. It allows me to exchange experiences, ideas, and learnings with people from different backgrounds, while also listening to others and bringing back insights that can strengthen what we are nurturing here.
I believe in collective learning and in the value of real conversations. This platform feels like a natural extension of that.
I’m always happy to welcome people who are curious and respectful, and who would like to visit our space, connect, and even participate in some of the activities we host as part of our cultural agenda.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is a big part of my life, I’m especially into salsa, cumbia, electronic, and other Latin rhythms that bring people together through dance and connection. I enjoy music that has soul, storytelling, and cultural depth.
I’m passionate about documentaries and biographies of people who have changed the world, stories that show real impact, resilience, and different ways of thinking and acting.
When it comes to books, I’m interested in topics around community development, sustainability, culture, and personal growth. I enjoy reading things that challenge perspectives and offer new ways of thinking about how we live, relate, and build together.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the things I feel most proud of is giving something back to my community. Over the past 5 years, I’ve been part of a collective initiative responding to a shared challenge: organic waste.
Through a simple and powerful technology called “pacas biodigestoras,” we’ve been gathering regularly in a neighborhood park to transform our own organic waste into nutrient-rich compost. What starts as waste becomes healthy, clean humus in about 8–9 months, which we then use for plants, gardens, and trees in the park.
Beyond the environmental impact, it’s been a beautiful process of community building, coming together, learning, and taking collective responsibility for something that affects us all.
