First, my friend Ilde told me about this fantastic community but I was waiting stupidly 6 years to start using it.

I love to travel and if possible travel even better saving.

I have three dogs so I'm animal lover and I would also like to help fighting climate change. Remember: Rethink, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

In the future I would like to be able to travel with my dogs but I know that's still complicated.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's a great community for lonely travelers like me, I wish I could help people when they come here to Merida as I can meet new people around the world who want to lend a hand to me, not only by hosting, but also sharing moments, life, activities, tourism, meals... everything I can do for you, I will.

Creo que es una red social estupenda para los viajeros solitarios como yo, me gustaría poder ayudar a gente cuando vengan a Mérida como conocer nuevas personas alrededor del mundo que quieran echarme una mano, no alojando (aunque si se puede pues también) sino compartiendo momentos, vida, actividades, turismo, comiendo algo... todo lo que pueda hacer por ti, lo haré.

Interests

Despite my age, every time I fill in some profile, I realize how little I know myself. I find it difficult to know my tastes or my hobbies and I think it's because I rarely like or dedicate to my hobbies. I hope that changes someday.

A pesar de mi edad, cada vez que me toca rellenar algún perfil, me doy cuenta de lo poco que me conozco. Me cuesta saber mis gustos o mis aficiones y creo que es porque pocas veces me doy gustos o me dedico a mis aficiones. Espero que eso cambie.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I usually like commercial music especially. Also I like the 50's, 60's, 70's and something of the 80's. And above all, how not! ... Des-pa-cito ...

Movies: many..., I love the movies, but I could say that one of my favorites is "La Roca". I like action movies, romantic comedies, animals, magic, independent cinema (some), Kubrick, the Coen brothers.

Books: the truth is that since I'm always studying, I do not read much, lately what I've been reading have been books about dog education. As for other types of readings that liked in the past could say "The Eight", "The shadow of the wind" or the saga of Harry Potter for example.

Música: me suele gustar la música comercial sobre todo. Además me gusta la de los 50, 60, 70 y algo de los 80. Y sobre todo, cómo no... Des-pa-cito...

Películas: un montón, me encanta el cine, pero podría decir que una de mis favoritas es "La Roca". Me gustan las pelis de acción, las comedias románticas, las de animales, las de magia, el cine independiente (algunas), Kubrick, los hermanos Coen.

Libros: la verdad es que como suelo estar estudiando siempre no leo mucho, últimamente lo que he estado leyendo han sido libros sobre educación canina. En cuanto a otro tipo de lecturas que me hayan gustado en el pasado podría decir que "El Ocho", "La sombra del viento" o la saga de Harry Potter por ejemplo.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Adopt three dogs, two of them at the same time (they are brothers) and all collected from the street. I still do not believe the mess I got into.

Adoptar tres perros, dos de ellos a la vez (son hermanos) y todos recogidos de la calle. Aún no me creo el lío en el que me he metido.

I can teach you Spanish, I have to learn English and I want to share life experiences.

Puedo enseñarte español, tengo que mejorar mi inglés y quiero compartir experiencias vitales.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can teach them to make potato omelet, hahaha.

I can tell you anything you want about me, my travels, my work, my dogs, I can teach you Spanish and some Spanish cooking, I can sing you a song haha. The truth is that what I want is to keep a good taste when I leave and not regret having me with them and wish the same with possible guests I may have.

Puedo enseñarles a hacer tortilla de patata, hahaha.

Puedo contarles lo que quieran sobre mí, sobre mis viajes, sobre mi trabajo, sobre mis perros, puedo enseñarles español y algo de cocina española, puedo cantarles una canción jaja. La verdad es que lo que quiero es que se queden con un buen sabor de boca cuando me vaya y que no se arrepientan de tenerme con ellos y deseo lo mismo con los posibles huéspedes que pueda tener.
