I was born and raised in New York City where I have lived all of my life. I love to travel and meet new people. Most of my trips are active including snowboarding, sightseeing, dancing, and most recently surfing (i'm not very good). Sometimes I prefer somewhere warm where I can relax on a beach.

Most of my time is spent at work. I'm highly ambitious and work hard both at my day job and at two not for profit organizations. I am the chair of Adelante Tri-State at JPMorgan where we create and deliver programs to help develop Latino professionals (and anyone else who finds value in our programming - we are inclusive) in the bank and mobilize our workforce to serve our communities. I am also the COO of an organization called ALPFA New York where I manage the chapter's operating committee. I am grateful for all I have in my life and am passionate about giving back and helping others go farther than I have.

Outside of work I spend my spare time with friends and family exploring the city and sharing good times. I'm also a bit of a book worm having read about 26 books this year (including most recently the first 5 Harry Potter books which I highly recommend).

I love picking up new hobbies. I used to be a professional Latin dancer specializing in Salsa and Tango, traveling for competitions and performances. I spend my winters snowboarding and am excited to be planning several trips to the west coast this year (first time in Vail, CO was last year - amazing experience).

When I feel like relaxing TV and Movies are my distraction. Hulu and Netflix are the best things that happened to TV!
