Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to be a host to anyone who needs a place that vibes on a similar level of life. When traveling, a couch in a foreign country sounds like an amazing way to be integrated into the culture and surroundings in a way I may not otherwise experience!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted many a friend and friends friends in the past and been hosted by as well. Once I even helped out a girl in Denver, I was living in my condo, was at a friends show, and a girl visiting from another state was left by her friends. I let her come to my house and stay in my spare room. She was super sweet and I was so happy I could offer my place to her...cook her a breakfast, and drive her to where she needed to be the next day.
**UPDATE**
Alexandra, my flatmate and I have hosted 10 couch surfers in the last month! Last night we had 6 people we crammed into our little apartment, as three were last minute that night! We had a great time.
