I am a social activist, working with Chhanv Foundation. Before opting for full time campaigning against unveiled issues in India, I worked as a journalist in different media groups.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Because when I met couch surfers in India, I got many opportunities to learn and share our views, lives and culture. This is a way which I had used when I was traveling in India. As a social worker I personally believe that people can teach me more than any book or film.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I along with my friend cartoonist Aseem Trivedi started Save Your Voice, which soon became a public movement in India. SYV is campaigning against the government and intermediaries have gained international media attention. A debate on the issue of internet censorship has been started after the creative protests of Save Your Voice.

We have done two 7 days long anshans (hunger strikes) at Jantar Mantar to support the annulment motion in Rajya Sabha.

We campaign for acid attacks survivors in India.

I can share whatever I have in my house. In particular, I can offer a good and airy room with a facility of unlimited Wi-Fi. Also, my books, TV, Computer, Camera, Bike and many other things can be used by the guest without hesitation.

Also, we (because I live with my friends) can help guest in finding good places to stay in other cities, friends who can guide in time you visit to some place in anywhere in India.
