Hi all !
Here is Alon, I joined couchsurfing only recently on July 2024. I live in Berlin, but currently I am on a one year sabbatical (after working in IT for almost 30 years 🙈🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️) in which I plan to do a lot of traveling.

I am very interested in Buddhism and meditation in particular and plan to spend some time this year in several Buddhist monasteries from different Buddhist traditions and do some meditation retreats. In between I am going to travel in Europe, the US and Asia.

I am here on couchsurfing because I will be mainly traveling on my own and CS seems like a great tool to meet like minded people on the road. Everyone I met so far through CS were super nice and interesting people ! I mentioned Buddhism but I am also interested in science, politics, art and in general like to have meaningful conversations.

And no, I am not always serious ;) and I like people that smile a lot, smiling is healthy!!!
