About Me
Everything is subject to change. Including this bio. So this bio is by no means telling who I am, nor my preferences and interests are solid and permanent, this is just an introductory image so you can trust me a little bit more.
I'm a human being who got sick of working in the office. Trying to cut everything that makes me dependent on the system where we live in.
Originally from Uzbekistan, I spent some years as a child in Israel and lived in London and Prague for the last 6 years. Recently I returned to Tashkent. I live in a tiny house on the outskirts of the city. You can camp easily at my place, I can provide you with everything - a tent, a mat, and a sleeping bag, all facilities are yours.
I'm deeply interested in what madness is and what we can do about it and consider modern psychiatry is a shitshow. I do counselling and also manage an organisation where we're aiming at improving the quality of life of people with mental health difficulties and aspiring at creating an alternative care system based on compassion and willingness to help others.
Eating plant-based ☘️ and drinking alcohol-free ☕
Free from all kinds of labels and preconceptions (to the best of my abilities)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling for me now has solely the purpose of meeting people and learning rather than visiting tourist destinations. Flying somewhere, booking a hotel, and going to a museam is unimaginable to me. I'd rather hitchhike and couchsurf in the nearby town.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Very saddened by the fact that once I got a couch specifically to host people in Prague, Corona started. I wish to have more hosting experience but now I do not have my own place anymore.

Great Russian Classics such as L. Tolstoy, Dostoevsky, Bulgakov, Lermontov, Pushkin, Solzhenitsyn, Chekhov - I can talk about them endlessly. I truly believe that literature can heal a soul.
Any good music can please my ears.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Living 1.5 month in a hut in the Altai mountains isolated from people with no electricity, internet, running water and gas
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want I will be happy to converse about philosophy, freedom or mental health. Or other things that really matter. Are you really that open-minded? I can challenge that.
Would love to learn some yoga and breathing techniques

I can cook a delicious vegan Uzbek plov for you - the piece of art of regional cuisine.
