ABOUT ME

I'm an active guy, enjoy going to the gym, playing sports, reading good books, and watching good films. I am a very sociable person, and like spending time with others, be that at a bar for a few quiet drinks, or out on the town for a dance and sing.

PHILOSOPHY

Regret for things you do fades far quicker than regret for things you don't. So, do everything you want to, and you will be pretty damned happy to look back and have no regrets!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I currently offer up my couch to be slept on, and am more than happy to spend time with surfers, going for a drink with them, or giving them a tour of the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have had nothing but great experiences with CouchSurfing. The first time I did it was in Gothenburg, Sweden, for the Way Out West festival back in 09. A really great guy put me and my friend Ben up, and made us feel so welcome. He gave us our own set of keys, so we could go in and out as we pleased, and told us good places to go out - he even took us to a party one night, before the festival started! It transpired that he was working the festival, so once it commenced we would see him out and about, and go and have a beer with him, or just a chat whilst watching some music. Fabulous time! I hope to show others as good a time as that, so they can truly profit as much as I have from the whole experience! :)

Interests

Anything and everything - I will have a go at pretty much whatever is offered up. I particularly like music, am a serious technophile, love to participate in and watch sports (particularly basketball, football, table tennis (more play than watch), rugby), socialising, dancing, reading, watching films, foreign exchanges of culture...
