Overview
About Me
I am a 22 year old student from the United States. I am currently wrapping up my undergraduate degree in International Relations and wanting to go on to study Human Rights and International Law. When I'm not studying, I love playing piano, reading, playing video games, and spending nights in (or out) with friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm excited for grad school and law school and a career and getting a house and a dog and having a family, but its difficult to press pause on all of that. Before I jump into the rest of my life, I want to take some time to just backpack around the world.
I know everyone says "you have your whole life to travel" but am I really going to want to do a 99 mile circuit hike around the Annapurna Base Camp when I'm 65 and retired? Today is the youngest I'm ever going to be. I want to get out there and experience new cultures and food and people and have crazy experiences. I wanna go scuba diving through a sunken WWII ships, hike through Patagonia, work on an organic farm in South Africa. If not now, when?
