ABOUT ME

I watch mexican soap operas! But besides that, I am a 27 year old former grad student who just got a Masters in Int'l Development...which means that I want to help the world in some way (corny but true). I absolutely love to travel, I have lived in Spain, Mexico, Argentina and Chile and been to more places, but I want to keep going, especially to new regions of the world like Africa and Asia! Right now I'm really excited for my upcoming trip to Europe and hope to meet people there who can enlighten me about their cultures. I am a nice person, fun but serious about my goals, open-minded, a good cook who prefers to cook for more people than just myself, a bit of a nerd, and a definite travel addict who likes to get to know the real and authentic parts of a country/city, not just the tourist traps.

I have never couch surfed before but friends of mine have and they have all had positive experiences.
