Okay so where to start... I'm Alperen but most of my friends call me Al because they say my name is too long or hard to say (even tho it's not) so its your call to whatever call me. I'm 22 years old, living in istanbul at the moment. I speak three languages (english, spanish and turkish) and actually I want to learn some french so if you can help with me don't just stop there and add me a friend right now.

I really haven't traveled much, I've only been to Dominican Republic and Haiti but I spent most of my time in DR for ten months and I love everything about there, except the coconuts might fall and kill you :)

I love sitting and talking really, I can drink beers and whatever the people around me drinking I just go with anything, I don't smoke but if people smoking hookah then I can join to that because I love hookah. I love learning new languages, Even tho I speak good spanish I'm still learning and I want to learn french.

So this is basically me, I'm mostly a chill person and I just go along with what the people around me wants to do because I can do whatever :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all it's for to help people who's traviling because I know how it feels to be on road without knowing anything or without a place to stay or without friends. So my first angle would be help people who's foreign and make them well like they're home with their friends.

Second is that I love meeting new people who talks several languages like me, or just with a person that I have common stuff so we can talk, share and learn from each others.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love listening to reggaeton, especially bad bunny he's one of my fav all the time. I can dance a little bachata but I'm never the best and I always be looking at my feet so I try. I don't really read book because I can't say I'm a books person, I prefer much of movies instead of the books. I like to hear and see. For the movies I can watch any movies as long as the story adds up and if the movie is spanish thats a plus for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've always wanted to go to Latin America counties because I love their culture, music, people and of course I love spanish so I went to the Dominican Republic and I stayed there almost for 10 months, met a lot of amazing people, had some great friends there. But most of it I learned spanish there with people. I went there with zero spanish and without knowing what's going to be expecting there for me but it's been one hell of a travel for me. I'd still go and live there if I had the chance.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're into learning langueages then I can teach you spanish, english or turkish. If you're into dance then well I only know a little bit of bachata and I'd try my best to teach and enjoy it together tbh.
