About Me

ABOUT ME

Born in Istanbul, Turkey, live in San Francisco, CA. Love life and appreciate everything in it, bad or good. I was born and raised Jewish, became agnostic at some point after moving to SF. But I can't deny the fact that I am still culturally Jewish. I am also gay and I owe my wide perspective on life to my sexual orientation. I don't judge our differences; I embrace them :)

Best way to describe me and my life philosophy is looking at my favorite quotes:

My favorite quotes:
"And why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves up."
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us."
"Sometimes to lose balance for love, is part of living a balanced life"

Last but not least, I don't like people who find excuses. I have no excuses to be successful or to fail. Success is mine, so is failure.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely living in San Francisco is the top one.
Second one is "Burning Man", a 50,000 people festival organized in Black Rock Dessert, NV, every year at the end of August.
Third one is "AIDS Lifecycle", a 545mile/900km bike ride from SF to LA, organized to raise money for SF AIDS Foundations. 2,500 riders and 500 volunteers travel from SF to LA in one week.
