ABOUT ME

I am willing to host almost all the time, even on short notice. However, I am generally a very busy person. This means that my surfers need to be somewhat self-reliant because I will likely not have a lot of free time to spend with them.

I am very friendly, very excitable and adventurous.

I really appreciate people who have expertise on a specific subject.

I am entrepreneurial. I run my own business and have had a knack for working on my own since a young age. Prior to my online business, I used to be a tennis coach. At the age of 20 I had worked up to the club pro at my local tennis club and ran my own summer tennis camp.

I enjoy playing sports. My main sport is tennis. I really like hiking and camping as well. I'm also into rock climbing, snowboarding, basketball, ping pong/table tennis, football and vollyeball.

My favourite video game is Grand Theft Auto.

I am scared of heights. Whenever I look over a balcony while in a tall apartment building my knees begin to feel weak.

As for food, I enjoy almost all cuisines from around the globe. Toronto is the best city in the world when it comes to good food. You can find the best of everything here.

I like people who are peaceful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have always enjoyed the experience of seeing the world by staying with friends and family who live in the place I am visiting. Couch surfing is a natural extension of that urge. I think everyone on this site has the same idea about wanting to explore the world while staying out of the tourist traps. This is how I view my own desire to travel as well. I have had amazing experiences with fellow couch surfers.

Intereses

I love my dog a lot, and I like people who have dogs and treat them well. I don't believe there is such thing is a bad dog, there are only bad owners who reinforce bad tendencies. My dog is definitely not an angel, but I put a lot of time and love into my relationship with her.

I also love taking pictures for their existential meaning.
