Hi, I’m Alp—a curious soul passionate about connection, growth, and exploring new places. I’m a single dad to an awesome pre-teen, which means life is always full of adventure and learning.

My work revolves around guiding others through personal transformation, supporting human beings to be better connected to themselves, improve their communication and relationships. I also host workshops on similar topics. Also I design websites. I’m open-minded, empathetic, and value honest communication. Whether we’re sharing stories over a home-cooked meal or exploring the city together, I love creating meaningful connections with people from all walks of life.

I love to meet new people, help them discover my city like a local, and when I'm traveling, I try to limit my spendings since my income is not too high right now. Beyond saving on travel costs, I believe the best way to experience a place is through the people who call it home. I enjoy exchanging stories, ideas, and cultures—whether it’s sharing a meal, exploring hidden spots, or simply having a good conversation. Couchsurfing is a beautiful way to connect with open-minded people and create genuine human connections across the world.

The reason why French has so many words with double-consonants: in medieval times, only copist-monks knew how to write and they spent their time copying the bible. They were paid by the letter though, and so they started doubling some letters for better profit :)
