About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Discover wonderful places, other cultures and myself at the same time
ABOUT ME
I am a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer living in DC and pursuing my Master's in International Development at GW
PHILOSOPHY
Work hard and play harder. I can sleep when I am dead.
And in the words of Oscar Wilde, "Every saint has a past, every sinner has a future."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I surfed some during my semester abroad in Ireland and will surf much more ion the future. While I was in Boston and Mozambique I hosted and it was a lovely experience as well. I currently do not have the space to host in my studio, but would love to meet for coffee or a drink.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I surfed and hosted while abroad in Ireland last semester and have hosted in both Boston and Mozambique and loved every minute of the experience. I love meeting people from all over the world and sharing experiences.
Interests
Likes: live music, classic movies, friends, family, Chicago, wine nights, beer, exploring cities that I live in, sports, living in the library, making to-do lists and never finishing them, map games (http://www.sporcle.com/games/world.php - can you name them all?)
I most of all love exploring new places and helping other people
Dislikes: shallow, fake or ignorant people, actually doing my school work, being away from Chicago and my family and friends, messy rooms, suburban bubbles

Teach, Learn, Share
I think pure religion is one of the most beautiful things in the world. It is the way a person can express who they are and what they believe either in private or with others. It is when people become too set in their ways that causes conflict, when they cannot see the world from another's point of view. You must stand up for what you believe in but know when to back down as well.
