About Me
Soon to be graduated in psychology, but just a musician to be honest :)
I grew up in Rome and discovered about 3 years ago an absolute love for traveling. Since then I tried to keep moving... I guess my balance is to be found in a dynamic life :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I signed up years ago but then didn't really use this amazing tool, since I was living with my family (yeah, that is the normal life in Italy..) and didn't travel for long trips! Now that I am almost out of my university life and that I am going to manage my time in a freer way, I just can't wait to have my first couchsurfing experience!
Interests
I love whatever is music and sound, I love making music with kids and with those people who tell me -oh no I can't play music!!- I love jam sessions and orchestral playing as well. Chamber music to be discovered soon.. but I suspect the best fun is gonna be chamber music played with friends :D
I am starting to compose my own music, in the form of songs and instrumental pieces. I am addicted to singing and to play cello :) I love traveling, although I do it with delicacy cause everything touches me widely..
I love laughing, I love taking care :)
I am not an alcohol lover but when I am too tired I seem like drunk!!
Love being at sea and in the woods, swimming, hiking, singing and doing music in nature :)
Love silence, listening and meditation as well. Very interested in self-perception and movement activities like feldenkrais and aikido, and curious about all movement forms from dance to parkour :)
I dream of working as an artist, traveling between artistic residencies, working with music and whatever artistic form I will feel like, to make people aware of conservation issues and offering an opportunity of relation with the environment. I am leaving a door open to become a music therapist in the future as well, and maybe I will mix the two things!

Music, Movies, and Books
I couldn't get to top ones, but :)
I love symphonic classical music, some operas (Puccini!!) and ancient strings music, then folk, rock, blues and soul and traditional music from Italy, africa, Ireland....
Someone likes it hot and Kiki's delivery service are among my favorite movies
About books, Terry pratchett's whatever, Olafsdottir's Rosa candida, poetry by Szymborska...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
standing for my right of being what I feel like, in the moment, although that is not always easy to understand for people around me...and trying to help them understanding if I can :)
I have spent one week doing research on cetaceans in a marine sanctuary in Italy..crying and laughing at the same time while dolphins were swimming together with our boat. Meeting spermwhales, blue whales, sea turtle..swimming right after whales That was magic :)
I played cello for the ceremony of a boat-based friends' wedding in Swedish west archipelago. pure love :)
I was invited to attend a Potlatch hosted by the family chief of the Snuxyaltwa family of the Nuxalk people, in Bella Coola, BC. I saw their amazing masked dances, I shared amazing moments with a warm and super welcoming community. Thank you amazing people!! Can't wait to be back up there!
Teach, Learn, Share
Not really a fan of the teaching concept. but sharing sounds a loot better :)) Abut learning, that's daily diet!
What I Can Share with Hosts
my way of living and my story :) and music and art of course! I can cook a bit but thats very-random-outcome stuff..so you have to take it as an adventure :D I love reading aloud and interpreting characters :))
I can take care of pets too!
