ABOUT ME

We are a Jazz drummer/composer (Josh) and a professor of musicology (Alison), living and working in Cedar Falls, IA. With two small children, our home can be chaotic, but loving, friendly and fun. We are liberal, spiritual, tolerant, and enjoy being friends with all kinds of people. In 2007-8, we lived for 10 months in Erlangen, Bavaria where our son was born.

PHILOSOPHY

Do your best, and keep a sense of humor. Try to remember that live is made up of moments, and to recognize what is beautiful and sacred in each moment.
