I have always considered myself as a multi-disciplinary person, meaning I like to do and learn a looot of things :)
Right now I am very much involved in practicing Yoga and meditation (my girlfriend is a Yoga instructor so maybe that is why haha). I always enjoy doing sports, from running and field hockey to surfing and snowboarding.
I love watching series and independent films (currently watching House of Cards last season... awesome). I like drinking tea and getting in contact with nature.
Most of all I like to travel and spend time with friends while also having time being "with me" :)

Music: I like 60s and 80s music, rock, psychedelic rock (pink floyd), jazz, alternative, classical, rap...
Movies: The Rear Window, Pulp Fiction, Eyes Wide Shut, The Departed, Forrest Gump, The Revenant, The GodFather, The Lord of the Rings...
Books: Tao Te Ching, Siddartha, Shantaram, Lovecraft books, Changing the Habit of Being Yourself, The Power of Now, No una sino muchas muertes, Harry Potter...

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

In 2014 I went on a "Work and Travel" program to Colorado, USA. There, I worked at a ski resort and lived with 4 other friends.
I usually did night shifts so everyday I woke up, put on my boots, grab my snowboard and went straight into the heart of the mountain. I just loved the sense of freedom I experience in those sunny but cold days. It was also my first experience outside home so it meant the world to me.
Haven't snowboard since then but I would love to !

I am from Peru so if you have any interest in going there or want to know more about it I can help you with that! I have visited the highlands, jungle and beaches... Machu Picchu of course : )
Recently I have been reading and doing a lot of practices related to generating self-awareness and consciousness (meditation, yoga, light healing). I would be more than glad to share what I have learned with you :)
