I'm Alvaro. I live in Montevideo Uruguay. I'm Electronic Engineering, I work in very important IT company and I teach in a local University. I have also a MBA degree.
I also studied psychology and I wrote a book on leadership.
Like to sail; to read, good movies and music.
I believe in Jesus and I practice some Buddhist meditations. I really take care of my spirituality.

I love sailing. During 2018 I spent 6 month sailing in Brazil.
Onother amazing things: 200 miles walking in the "Camino de Santiago" with my daugthers.
Also made 600 miles walking alone in El camino del Norte, another alternative to Camino de Santiago
4 days walking to Machu Picchu
