About Me

Hello everyone :) I find to talk about myself quite hard, one is not use to do so, at least not as frequently as we should. But here I am, then I'll give it a try.
I love doing new things all the time. I use to invest in myself: a new course, a new sport, new people around me. To learn, that's the key of the world. Education and self learning. And of course, to learn from others and from their experiences.

So I quite like to meet new different people. I find amazing how different we are, but at the same time I recognize we are just the same.

Well, that's why I'm here. It took me a while to really start using the app, even though I am a member for a couple of years. I got used to go to hostels, but then I realized I wasn't really learning about the local daily life. Moreover, I wasn't even knowing a local person. How would I find a local in a place full of tourists? Don't misunderstand me, I love hostels and I love to find people that is doing the same that I'm doing. But I was missing an important part of the place in the trip: the people! What do they do for fun? What's their favorite place to eat, to walk, to talk? As you must also know, not everything is about the landscapes.

And languages. In hostels we speak the same language, but that is not true in real life! Even with English, I have no real experience talking with a british or an American. I don't even know any slang of them, I guess only the ones of TV shows. And I love languages. I'm aiming to be a polyglot one day. So my previous experiences with my travels weren't too much satisfying, because I felt I only met the architecture, and I didn't see the other important things that there are for enjoying.

Well here you have some thoughts of me, so you have an idea on how I am. Thanks for reading me :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I believe this is such a beautiful idea. I'd really love to host, but I can't while I live with my parents. I'm waiting to live alone so I'm able to host!

Interests

One of my biggest interests is countries with hard winter. I love rain, and I love snow. But most, I love how the sun tries to warm you up through the clouds after a cold rain.

And I love castles and medieval places. Or old places in general.

Some Hobbies:
When I was a kid I played a lot of table tennis. If you have a table we will definitely have a great time! And in February 2018 I learned to use Inline Skates (or Rollers), I bought some good ones and I used it as my transportation in the city. I was competitive in rubic cube. I'm not anymore, but I still remember how to make the 3x3 fast enough.

I'm kind of too talkative and sometimes you can't shut my mouth up! :P

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: The name of the wind three times!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I won a Chinese competition, where I needed to learn 88 Chinese phrases and use it in many ways. There I won a trip to China, and that was my first trip alone.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: I can teach anything that I already know. But I don't know what you don't know or what you want to know that I know. Aaaanyways I have read a lot about learning languages, therefore I think I could give you some many good tips for your learning process.

Learn: and you can teach me how you learned the languages you speak! Are you better in writing, speaking, reading or hearing? Do you know why? What did you do? What didn't you do?

What I Can Share with Hosts

I like to talk a lot and to listen people and their stories. So what I can offer is a very good conversation :)
