Hello, Alvaro here, I hope you having a good day and I hope I can assist you in your travel adventures. I often complain about how little I get to travel, how much I would like to learn about new places and meet new people. So, I’ve decided to stop complaining and joined couch surfing to do something positive about it. I hope I can help other people fulfill their travel goals and by that get to know a little bit about them and the places they come from. I’m honest, lay back and very active. I have an office job so I can only have people on the weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like traveling, meeting new places and people. I have a single family home with and empty room so I figure why not use it for something positive. I have a couple of friends that are in couch surfing and their experience has been really positive, I’ve meet some of the people they have hosted for and they were pretty cool so I decided to give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

Alternative and Rock are my go to music styles, RHCP it’s my favorite band. I read all kinds of books, I love sci-fi and biographies, some of favorites are The Alchemist, Surf is where you find it, conversations with God, The Rise of Dark Vader, etc. I like all kinds of movies but I guest Sci-Fi, Surfing and Comedy movies are my favorites, some of my all-time favorites are Star Wars, The Matrix, Terminator, The Windsurfing Movie, Shelter, A broken down melody, Zoolander, Undercover Brother, etc.
