Mi nombre es Álvaro y soy una pequeña persona, y que con cada viaje que hago me siento aún más pequeño frente al gran mundo que me falta por conocer!! Vivo en Mataró, una pequeña ciudad cercana a Barcelona.

Muchas! He surfeado en diferentes países y también he hospedado a personas. Lo mejor es que he conocido a mucha gente gracias a CouchSurfing!

Interests

Me gusta sobretodo conocer lo típico de las gentes y los lugares a los que viajo. No creo en el que en España llamamos "turismo de pulsera" (Viajar a un complejo turístico con "todo incluido" y no salir de ese lugar artificial)

I like to know what is typical of the people and the places I travel. I don't believe in Spain we call's "wrist tourism" (travel to a resort with "all inclusive" and not exit to this place artificial).

Music, Movies, and Books

Mi director de cine favorito es Stanley Kubrick y cada vez que veo La Naranja Mecánica me parece aún más sensacional. Libros, Tres tazas de té y el mítico Guardián entre el centeno. Y sobre música me gusta sobretodo la música de Reino Unido, aunque en realidad tengo un gusto musical muy variado :)

My favorite film director is Stanley Kubrick and every time I see A Clockwork Orange, I think it's great. Books, Three cups of tea and the legendary The Catcher in the Rye. I like music especially from the UK, although I have a very varied taste in music :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- El Camino de Santiago, algo increible.

- Cabras subidas encima de la copa de un árbol en Marruecos.... Hahaha!!

- Florencia. Sin palabras. ¿Síndrome de Stendhal?

- Charlar con indígenas de Panamá, días después de una revuelta por parte de ellos contra el gobierno panameño que hizo cerrar las fronteras del país. Es genial conocer las cosas de primera mano.

- Talking with native of Panama, days after a problem between them against the Panamanian government that closed the country's borders. It's great to know things firsthand.
