Overview
About Me
I am an Andalusian man who grew up in a small town called Bailén.
I've always been very adventurous and always seeking new experiences and new people to meet along my journey of life.
I am a nature lover and can enjoy any moment as long as it has value, from a simple sunset to a challenging trail; I am always open to go for it!
I always try to travel at least once per year. This time, I ended up in Chengdu, China, where I will spend my summer (I can't be more in love with this city).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is a priceless community. I can't be more grateful for the experiences I have lived thanks to it.
I am part of the community to share, to give, and to enjoy with people around the world who have the same core and purpose that I have.
It's just amazing how Couchsurfing can bring people into your life that you can get along with so well. People who, even being from different cultures, different perspectives, different goals, have one thing in common: the willingness to listen to others, and that is key to making meaningful connections.
Interests
I am an art lover, but I am also very interested in various aspects of life such as philosophy, health, social and political issues, but especially anything related to environmental economics and sustainability.
Music, Movies, and Books
I cant choose among my favourite music, films and books but Im gonna write the first ones that came to my mind while I write this:
Musicians:
Pink Floyd, The Beatles, Paco de Lucía, Víctor Jara.
Films:
Todo sobre mi madre, Barry Lyndon, The Shawshank Redemption, Reservoir Dogs.
Books:
Los cuatro acuerdos.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I crossed several parts of the world hitchhiking:
Summer 2015: From London to Istanbul
Winter 2018-2019:
-The Pacific coast of Mexico: From Mazatlán to San Cristóbal de las Casas
-From the Caribbean side of Colombia (Santa Marta) to Bogotá
Many crazy stories among all those days.
I always hitchhike if I can, but those trips were the most memorable.
Teach, Learn, Share
My contribution could be all my Spanish culture, besides teaching its gastronomy and play the Spanish guitar.
