My name is Alvin. I have come from Hong Kong to Kyoto since 2017 summer.
I really love Japanese culture, food, places. Also because of the career prospect, I decided to come to Japan

Cantonese is my first language. I can also communicate with English and Mandarin. I can speak and understand a bit of Japanese but not good at it yet. It will be a great pleasure if any guest stays in and teach me Japanese!

I love playing sports, badminton, squash, cycling etc. Though now I did not play Squash in Kyoto since there is almost no squash court here and it is unpopular here, I regularly play badminton during weekends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Though my home is really not big, it will still be an honor for me to share it with people in needs.
Also, I can meet and learn a lot from the guests as well. So why not?
