Wide-eyed, wandering, enthusiastic nomad. I indulge curiosity in all its forms, not the least of which is traveling. I enjoy my surroundings wherever I may be, but always eventually find myself setting off in search of new horizons.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a lot of people at my house in San Francisco, and every time it was somewhere between great and amazing.

On the road, Couchsurfing has absolutely transformed my traveling experience. I was doing it through MySpace and Friendster before I knew this site existed, but the community here and the people I've met have been invaluable to me.

I snuck back stage at the Oscars in 1999. I hung out for a while, saw a lot of celebrities, then was arrested for trespassing and spent the night in a pretty bad LA jail. Pretty memorable experience overall.

I can teach you a lot about stars, constellations, galaxies, nebulae, etc. Or I can teach you how to open a beer with a lighter, or just about any other rigid object. That's about it.

I would like to learn about your language, your food, your music, your culture, your beliefs. Most of all I would like to learn all the little things that make you yourself an utterly unique person.
