About Me

Hi! I'm getting reacquainted with couchsurfing after an unintentional extended hiatus through various apartment and life changes. I'm excited to host and meet more interesting, open minded people here in Hartford and wherever this wandering heart takes me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Through couchsurfing, I've come across some of the most interesting, warm-hearted, and diverse people - all tied to a passion for traveling and experiencing the world. Counchsurfing allowed me to road trip around the US for 2 months with 2 of my best friends, and experience a unique aspect of life in every location we stopped in.

Interests

Some things I enjoy: humor, craft beer, red wine, live music, yummy foods (preferably whole), black coffee from high quality beans, exploring the outdoors by way of walking/hiking/running/laying/playing/floating, the making and observing of art, watching american football, yoga, meditation, farmers' markets, weirdness, good conversation with good people, and probably a lot more stuff.

Things I do not enjoy: rudeness and other akin qualities - who doesn't?, basketball - just not my thing, the current tidal wave of a material and self obsessed culture, the ostentatious resurgence of racism, sexism and stupidity in support of our new horrific president - but let's not go there right now.
