About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Learning, sharing, soaking in.
ABOUT ME
I traveled for years and am now stationary and loving it in Denver, CO. I've lived in big cities, tiny towns, campgrounds, an rv, a tent, and my vehicle. My best friend is a pup named Crumm. Stubborn as can be, but a 100% sweetheart. She's friendly with all other dogs, and loves hiking/being in the woods.
My current interests lay mostly in homesteading type practices. The art of food preservation, planting and growing my own food and herbs, using animal parts for various projects, living simply, bee keeping, animal farming. I want to learn how to use a bow and arrow eventually and have an extreme interest in becoming a 100% self sustaining human. I've also been heavily studying holistic health, including herbalism and nutrition therapy. I work at an apothecary, helping people find the right herbs for them :)
PHILOSOPHY
You don't deserve the dreariness of monotony.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A few pretty great surfers have stayed with me years ago. And I've had crazy good experiences with some people who've helped me out soon the way and hosted.

Music, Movies, and Books
I prefer horror, psychological thrillers, cerebral movies. Harmony Korine. Wes Anderson. John Waters.
When it comes to music I can enjoy almost anything. The only types of music I tend to dislike are pop country, house, electronic, and dubstep. Lately I've been listening to a lot of stoner/doom metal, crust punk, folk, bluegrass, folk punk.
Books: Tom Robbins, Vonnegut, Robert Kirkman.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Exploring the Amazon rainforests of Brazil was pretty amazing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Food knowledge, pickles, jam, neat trades, music.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A cute dog to snuggle with. Interesting stuff to trade. How to make jam, canned fruits, pickles. How to skin an animal (if anyone is actually interested). Good conversation. Travel tips!
