Virginia born and raised, though both of my parents are from New England, so my sports allegiances also lean north. One thing to know is that I've always lived close to the water, so there is a soft spot in my heart for anywhere by the ocean and that's where I feel most at home.

Currently, I live in Washington, D.C. working as a consultant. I love meeting new people, trying new things, exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and, attempting to broaden my worldview.

I love exploring and wish I had the opportunity to do so more often, but my job sometimes makes that a bit challenging. I've been to quite a few places in Europe and Asia but would really love to spend some time in Australia, New Zealand, and Africa.

I try to travel a bit on the weekends, but if I'm around, I'd love to meet up to share some sights around the city!

When I'm not at work, I like to cook and try to spend as much time outside as possible, hiking, kayaking, diving, going to concerts or one of the many free events in DC, or checking out a new rooftop or patio. I also enjoy great conversation over a glass of wine or a good meal.
