I am a person who was thinking a while ago about "how good it would be if I traveled more/did what I love/spent more time on writing" and who finally started to approach life without "if".

Meditating, practicing mindfulness and spending time with myself is what giving me a lot of inner resources for creativity, positivity, curiosity and other nice "-ity" :) I love talking about those subjects, it affected my life a lot. But there is no problem for me to discuss other things, too. My mind is open for a lot of things, although I try to filter what comes and stays there.

I can share my experience in being more attentive to the body and feelings, not engaging in emotions, freeing ourselves from destroying thoughts and beliefs.
