I'm a Christian, so God's in charge of my life.

I love dogs, am a good listener, but not a morning person. :-)

I am pretty quiet, I think, but I like a good joke and trying new things.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no such thing as coincidence.
God is fair & just, but His mercy is beyond comprehension...
I am here to enjoy God, to be happy in Him, through Him, with Him. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Not as actively as I would like to. I host when I can and try to meet other CouchSurfers when I travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed a couch once, and it was amazing experience! I hosted folks once,too, and I really enjoyed getting to know them as well as other CouchSurfers. I had no idea that in my city there are so many different and interesting people.

Interests

Studying the Bible, eating & cooking food (especially desserts!), learning about new places and cultures, reading, learning languages, taking pictures of nature, playing squash.

I also like to decoupage photo frames and sometimes I am in an 'origami mood'. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The Baikal lake is really amazing! Clear water, unpredictable weather, waves like in the sea...

The Great Wall of China (horseback riding, walking UPstairs, sliding DOWN, taking pics in the rain, etc.)

Skating on the Red Square, Moscow (it was my first time skating and my knee hurt for over a year afterwards, but it was worth it)

Driving a red Mercedes in Denver (my first time to drive a car...)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach some Russian or English and cook yummy food!

I'd really like to learn the Polish language. Actually, learning any language is great!
