Hello!

I am a freelance dance/theatre performance artist currently living in Newcastle in the UK.

I enjoy travelling, meeting new people and having new experiences. I am passionate about the performing arts and spend most of my time training in different art forms including; contact improvisation, clowning, capoeira, aerial circus skills, Bharatanatyam, flying low and other contemporary dance techniques.

I also spend my time getting involved in lots of community arts projects/organisations, including working with hard to reach young people, people with disabilities and community gardening and social projects.

I live in a big shared house that houses lots of travelling artists, I really showing people around Newcastle and opening my home to give them a place to base themselves and get to know new people. I also really enjoy cooking for people!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am about to go on a big trip around Brazil and want to get to know people who might be able to show me around and introduce me to their home city. I am going to Rio, Recife and Salvador. I really want to get to know these cities and take the opportunity to train in some Brazilian dance and Capoeira.
