Resumen
Sobre mí
CURRENT MISSION
To see, experience and explore the countries that the world has to offer!
ABOUT ME
I suck at these about me things.... I'd much rather hear about you!
I'm currently working as a physio in Melbourne and will move to the UK in 2015 (around Feb). The first stop in February though, is Iceland! I'm very excited about that.
I've lived in a few places, so I struggle a bit when people ask me where home is.
PHILOSOPHY
Keep an open mind
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
To meet the locals, the locals know where to go and it's the best way to learn about a country!
Intereses
Walking! I like to walk everywhere when travelling.
Food! Discovering the local cuisines of a country...to some extent, I don't know how adventurous I'd be! I have eaten crickets in China and haggis, which weren't too bad! I love a cheap eat too, so if you have any tips, let me know!
Music- I love going to concerts, that excitement when you hear that song you've been listening to for ages played live. I'm hoping to catch a few festivals whilst over in Europe.
Sport- I can play it, but I love to watch it mainly- love the tennis. I'm hoping to hit all of the Slams this year, go Djokovic!
Of course, travelling, but I do love being home and catching up with friends over a drink or two.

Música, películas y libros
I could go on for hours about music, I'm trying to ween myself off it as it can be an expensive hobby, but it makes me so happy to go to a concert. Favourite band, hands down, the Strokes, but I also have a tender spot in my heart for Bombay Bicycle Club and The Horrors and recently Skaters. I secretly love 90's music, but shhhhh.
I watch far too much tv, I find I don't have the attention span required to watch movies! I love Survivor...
I've recently acquired a Kindle, which has been my lifesaver whilst traveling. I can read mostly anything, except hard core literature. I enjoy a good autobiography I have to say. Nadal's was especially endearing!
Algo increíble que he hecho
The temples in Egypt were pretty amazing. To think that they could've created those things without the means that mankind use today and the fact that they have remained through the years.
Looking back on it, my visit to Tanzania was an eye opening experience, one that I'll never forget, I saw some incredible things from live childbirth, to horrific surgeries. The people I met were also amazing, I feel so lucky to have done that.
And of course, seeing the bands I love play live, amazing!
Enseña, aprende, comparte
Teach: Cooking?! I can generally whip up a meal cheaply thanks to student budgeting and can cook a good Asian or Western meal.
Learn: Your language, to play the guitar better and any other weird or wonderful skill you may have!
Share: Food... mmmm, and of course a beverage, if you're that way inclined
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
If you have a musculoskeletal ailment, I may be able to help you, if i'm not inebriated! I often make patients cry, so I'm not sure you'd want a massage.
I love cooking, so I'd love to cook you a meal, Chinese, Malaysian, Australian, whatever, or if you prefer sweets, can do that too!
