Overview
About Me
I'm currently embarking on a journey around the world, working from my computer, and letting the world be my classroom.
I'm a very positive, free-spirited and open-minded person. I'm also a great listener, lover of learning new things, and all about spreading good vibes. "thoughts become things, choose the good ones."
I hope that through this lifestyle, I am able to inspire my family and friends to perhaps go places they've never been, and even trusting the world a little more, instead of being afraid of change.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is tough, sooo worth it, but definitely not the easiest thing to do. Finding locals with a place to stay remind me that the world, although cruel at times, still has heaps of beautifully generous people out there with stories to tell and lives of their own.
I love to use couchsurfing as a way to connect with locals and experience their culture through their eyes. It isn't just a place to leave my bags I'm looking for. I'm looking for places to stay that I can work from, live out of, and make friends in. One day, I most certainly would return the favor. :)
Interests
nature. people. veg food. good music. yoga. dancing. stretching. walking. hiking. reading. beaching. exploring.
The first thing I do when I get to a new city is walk. I walk everywhere, I learn the alleys and neighborhoods near my accommodation. I feel like a city is best discovered on foot.
I'm interested in seeing the true way locals live.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Canyoneered for 3 days and 12 miles in the steep canyons of Lincoln rim national forest in New Mexico. I was definitely pushed to exhaustion but also realized that I'm a lot stronger than I originally thought
Having only lived in the United States for all my life, and never left, I decided to book a ticket to thailand and try to live there for a few months...solo. So I did, and I ended up staying there for a year and travelled to 9 countries in the process!
Teach, Learn, Share
Would love to learn a little bit of your language in exchange for my English? or even sharpen up my spanish. I love to learn new things to cook and especially love to learn how a different society lives in general.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my warm smiles, a good ear for listening, and any life stories.
