Hello! I'm from Michigan, USA but am currently teaching at a bilingual school in Budapest, Hungary. I recently graduated from a Michigan university with my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education. I am engaged to the kindest man I know, who unfortunately isn't on this Hungarian adventure with me. However, I am lucky enough to be living and traveling with my best friend, Kristin, who is usually couchsurfing with me!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is an incredible way to meet people from different countries and experience the culture. I love getting to see "real-life" in different cities and make friends along the way. Also, as a recent college graduate my funds are limited, so it is a great way to stretch my money.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was able to attend Easter Mass at the Vatican in 2014 and see Pope Francis!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can bring good conversation and (hopefully) some laughter. I'll gladly share any travel stories and anything you want to know about the States or Hungary. And beer, always beer.
