About Me
I am a teacher and explorer! I love to to be outside and learn from nature and all of her wonders, I love to hike and camp and go to the mountains any chance I get. I practice and yoga and meditation as often as I can, as well as draw and paint!

Music, Movies, and Books
The hardest question- “what type of music do you like?” I enjoy rock, blues, folk, funk and jazz- really anything with a nice melody. Some of my (current) favorite artists are Lake Street Dive, Wise Children and Yellow Days. I love reading philosophy and mythology, currently I’m reading Women who Dance with Wolves.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of my most amazing memories is waking up at 2am to watch a meteor shower with my family in the mountains. The stars would stay in the sky for so long and were blue, red and green.
Teach, Learn, Share
I try and teach and learn in every aspect of my life, it is a major part of my soul and who I am! I love learning and teaching about the Natural World, astronomy, yoga, meditation and anything else I can share
What I Can Share with Hosts
