About Me
It's kind of fun to do the impossible. --Walt Disney
I am from the glorious and green state of Washington, but have transplanted to Tulsa, Oklahoma>>Little Rock, Arkansas>>Daegu, South Korea and now Chicago, IL, USA to continue my grown-up life playing make-believe. I enjoy reading the "personalized" ads on the side of facebook and being a pop-culture junkie. I am not a huge fan of death metal music, the color yellow, Dr. Pepper, and the number 9. Ask me anything you want to know!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm hoping to connect with friends (and friends-to-be) all over the world as I travel and learn more!

Music, Movies, and Books
Indiana Jones (Raiders forever, Doom no thanks, Goblet of Fire, I'm ok), Harry Potter (books, movies, fanfic, keychains, ALL OF IT), Korean Hip Hop & Pop (I'm slowly learning more), Dystopian lit (1984, LOTF, Brave New World, Partials)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Finding that no matter where I go, there are amazing, warm people and we connect despite different languages, lives and upbringings is the greatest gift. The most amazing thing I've ever done is hit someone in the head with a water balloon over a hundred feet away when I was 16 and I'm still coasting on it.
Teach, Learn, Share
Can teach: English, how to cook ramen, funny jokes and weird stories about traveling
Wants to learn: how to beatbox, where the best coffee is and a useful swear word or two
Share: the clothes off my back and at least one shoe
What I Can Share with Hosts
Really ridiculous dance moves and a love of comedy. Also, I'm really good at putting hot water in ramen and saying "I COOKED!"
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, Honduras, Japan, Morocco, South Korea, Thailand
Countries I’ve Lived In
